Jayson Tatum (knee), Jaylen Brown (knee) and Al Horford (back) are all probable for the Celtics. Robert Williams (knee) has a long-term injury.

Celtics Betting Outlook

Brown and Tatum led the way in the Celtics’ win Sunday, just as they have done throughout the season. Brown had 32 points, seven rebounds and five assists and Tatum finished with 22 points, seven assists and six rebounds.

Neither played in the fourth quarter as the Celtics had a 25-point lead after three periods.

Brown has scored at least 25 points in each of his last nine games and hit the 30-point mark five times in that span. Brown is averaging 28.9 points in those nine games and has scored at least 30 points on 17 occasions this season.

Tatum has scored a minimum of 21 points in 22 straight games and is scoring 30.5 points a game during that stretch. His season average of 27.0 is eighth in the NBA.

Seven Celtics scored in double figures against the Wizards, including Derrick White (17), Grant Williams (16), Payton Pritchard (14), Aaron Nesmith (11) and Horford (10). Horford also contributed eight rebounds and six assists.

The Celtics had a season-high 39 assists as they shot 61.5% (56 of 91) overall and 52.3% (23 of 44) from three-point range. Boston also had just seven turnovers.

The Celtics are 33-11 since opening the season 16-19. They are 22-15-1 against the spread on the road.

Bulls Betting Outlook

DeMar DeRozan poured in 40 points, but it wasn’t enough for the Bulls on Tuesday night. It was DeRozan’s fifth game of 2021-22 with at least 40 points.

DeRozan has scored at least 32 or more points in four of his last five games with a 37.0 average. He is sixth in the league with a 28.2 season average.

Patrick Williams got the start with LaVine sidelined and scored a season-high 18 points.

Williams has registered his first three double-figure scoring games of the season in the last three games. He has been limited to 14 games this season because of wrist surgery.

The only other Bulls player to score in double digits was Coby White with 11.

Nikola Vucevic was held to seven points, 11 below his average, on 3-of-19 shooting. It was his second-lowest scoring output of the season.

The Bulls struggled from deep as they made just 9 of 33 (27.3%) three-point attempts. Chicago allowed the Bucks to shoot 52.3% (46 of 87).

Despite the blowout loss, the Bulls are 25-14 ATS at home this season.

Celtics vs Bulls Prediction

The Celtics ended the Bulls’ three-game winning streak in the series with a 114-112 victory on January 15 at home. Tatum had 23 points and 12 points to lead the way and Brown chipped in with 19 points, seven rebounds and four steals.

Vucevic topped the Bulls with 27 points. DeRozan finished with 23 points, eight rebounds and seven assists and Ayo Dosunmu had 21 points and 10 assists.

While the Celtics are hot, look for the Bulls to keep it close with a much better effort than they showed Tuesday night.
